The Set Up an Out of Office Message automation allows you to quickly review your events during your out of office period, update responses for those events, create a calendar block and set up your automated email response. It asks you for your out of office start and end date, pulls the events for that period, asks you to update the event responses, creates the calendar block and sets up your email response. The automation is great for reviewing upcoming meetings, retaining select meetings and ensuring you’ve set up out-of-office calendar blocks and email responses.

  

This automation required Microsoft Office 365 to properly pull calendar events.
